Approved!!!

Tonight my application was finally accepted at iStock! I can't wait to start uploading. I've only heard great things about them. I'll post the lucky pictures tomorrow in case anyone is curious about what I submitted.

Congrats!

And welcome to the istock world. I went about it the complete oposite way.

I became a contributor to istock back when it was easier to get in, and it wasnt until earlier this year that I started contributing to other microstock sites. I would be interested to know what images you used.

Hi Brad! I just posted the application photos.

How are you doing on the other microstock sites? I visited your blog and you take some great pictures!

Thanks for the compliments. I appreciate it. I haven't been a good microstocker in that I haven't been adding to my profile or active, other than checking on the sells every few weeks on the other sites. Istock has always been my best selling with a sell, even with my limited and stagnent profile, every day or three. After istock my best agency is probably stockxpert. I think now that your on istock you will really find it quickly becoming your best selling images especially with such a great profile like yours and more so if you can meet your new photo goals every month.

Thank you for the compliment Brad! But I'm having a heck of a time getting images approved on iStock! I think it's going to take me a few weeks to get comfortable with their criteria and keywording. But the one image I have approved already has a few views (it was approved last night), so I'm hopeful!

Stockxpert was a really good seller for me last month but I haven't received anything this month yet. I seem to get all of my SXP sales at the end of the month. So we'll see.
